Availability & Rates for 2025
The Beach House will be available from May 2025 to October 2025.
Our 2025 weekly rate in July and August is $1825 and off-season rate in May/June and Sept/Oct is $1250. We do Friday to Friday weekly rentals with check-in at 4 pm and check-out at noon.
There is no tax on the accommodation rates.
Pets are welcome in the Beach House; however, there is a $75 cleaning surcharge and owners have to be responsible for their pet.
